The location was pretty good though a little nervous our truck might get broken into or something the first night but cops patrol often and we never had a problem!! We enjoyed our stay? The beds were quite comfortable but the blankets could have been better GREAT pillows!

Location of accomodation was great. Ideal location for trip to Key West or Everglades. Breakfast was great, I could prepare waffles, choose from various offer of food, juices and coffees. Car was parked in front of room, so it was in our view.

I highly recommend! The room is very clean and cozy and has everything we needed. The breakfast is very good. The staff was very nice and helpful! The location is also very good - near Miami, Key West and Everglades National Park. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend!

I currently had no where to go due to family issues and went to motel 6 in Cutler ridge and it cost me a arm and a leg untill I knew about this location I heard bad things before being a homestead resident..But I gave it a shot and everyone at the front desk and housekeeping has been very helpful to myself and boyfriend .. I know sometimes it's hard to just get the 1st floor but I have a child that has special needs the lady in the morning was very helpful getting us on the 1st floor .. it has been quiet clean and no complaints... The only thing I wish I could change is paying the night before for my room because I sometimes do not know if I will be stuck at work all day and night ... But other then that it has been a pleasent stay I give it all 10 thumbs up 😁😊.......

I loved the king size bed and the pool looked so inviting even if I wasn't able to use it. I loved how friendly the staff was and that there was a stray cat that was the highlight to my night.

Great location as gateway to the Everglades and further on to the Keys and for that amazing value if you compare to prices you pay on the Keys. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the location right next to US1 is very convenient. There is a pool but due to limited opening times we couldn't use this. But the outdoor sitting areas are very convenient.

(We stayed on Apr 4 and Apr 7 during travel to Key West - my review for Apr 4 should have been for Apr 7. This review really is for our Apr 4 stay). For the price, the value was very good and experience was good. The room was clean and in good repair. Hot water was a bit slow in coming in but reasonable. I appreciated the reasonable breakfast provided for us.
